Sergey Sargsyan presented a paper on the influence of migration from the areas of the ISIS active presence upon the radicalization and recruitment into terrorist organizations among the Muslim communities in Europe at the conference “Trans-border Migration from East to the East, West, and Russia: the Past and Present.” The conference was organized by the Institute of Oriental Studies, RAS, in Moscow.
